Lately

So...
This last week since Thanksgiving has been a little...rough.
We came back home Thanksgiving night from spending the holiday with my family in Charlotte.  On the way home Mr. T (the hubs) started to complain of not feeling well and coming down with something.  Lovely.  The next day, I received a phone call from said sick hubby, that he had been in a car accident.  Just a mild accident, but enough to potentially total our car.  As the day went on, he got sicker, and 'P' started to show signs of getting a cold.  Even lovelier.
So over the course of the past few days, I have now caught the wonderful illness, and 'P' has significantly gone down on her food volume.  We think it is part cold, part teething causing this, but either way, per the cardiologist, pediatrician, and speech therapist, we had to put her feeding tube back in.  I had a serious cry fest Thursday over it all, but am doing a little better now.

Overall, Thanksgiving really was wonderful, especially to see family members who had not yet met 'P'.  Showing her off was quite fun.  Even though the week following Thanksgiving was not good, I was still thankful that I had my Mr. T, and 'P' to share the holidays with.

Love those two to the moon and back.

*Update: The week finished strong with a trip to the ER friday night.  Apparently 'P's' tube got coiled up in her food passage and caused her to have a reaction by violently vomiting and scaring her mom half to death.  But she is ok and tolerating her feeding tube.  Thanks for your prayers.
